  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend the batter by combining flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the melted butter to the batter and mix.
  3. Preheat the skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until edges are set and bubbles appear, about 2-3 minutes; then flip and cook until golden.
  6. Serve warm with powdered sugar and lingonberry sauce or your favorite toppings.
