A simple yet delicious turkey burger recipe, perfect for casual dinners and gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into evenly shaped patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.

Notes
