A comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a luxurious cream sauce enriched with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta or crusty bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
