A whimsical twist on traditional banana pudding, featuring flaky crescent rolls filled with rich vanilla pudding and sweet bananas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 1 package of crescent rolls
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the vanilla pudding and vanilla extract in a bowl. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and place them on your work surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pudding mixture and several banana slices onto each roll.
  5. Roll them up tightly to secure the filling inside.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly and then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and sliced almonds if desired.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

These rolls are best enjoyed fresh from the oven but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
