  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Take two slices of bread and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on one slice. Top with another slice to create a sandwich. Repeat until you have four sandwiches.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in another bowl.
