Delightfully simple Oreo Pops perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day, combining crushed Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in chocolate, and adorned with sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate or candy melts
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Insert lollipop sticks into each ball and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt your chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each pop into melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Add sprinkles on top of the dipped pops before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let pops cool until the chocolate is set, or refrigerate for quicker setting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze individually wrapped for a month.
