  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach, onions)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar, feta)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped vegetables until tender.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and cook until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top, allowing it to melt.
