Deliciously crispy egg rolls filled with a creamy chicken mixture and infused with Voodoo seasoning for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Voodoo seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, diced bell pepper, and Voodoo seasoning in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape with a point facing you.
  3. Place a spoonful of chicken filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll up tightly, sealing edges with water.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain the cooked egg rolls on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with sweet chili sauce, spicy mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
