  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s nice and hot for baking, creating that perfect golden color.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until everything is well combined.
  3. Cut in the cold, cubed butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
