A refreshing and light watermelon sorbet that’s perfect for hot summer days, made with just four simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cube the watermelon by cutting it into cubes and ensuring all seeds are removed.
  2. Combine the cubed watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the mixture until it’s silky and smooth, adjusting the sweetness if needed.
  4. Freeze the blended mixture in a shallow container for about 2-3 hours.
  5. Whisk the mixture every 30 minutes while freezing to ensure a fluffy texture.
  6. Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones and enjoy your homemade treat!

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh mint leaves or lime zest. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
