A refreshing wedge salad featuring crisp iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and crunchy bacon in a creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Bacon bits, cooked
  • ½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place them on a plate.
  2. Top each wedge with chopped cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion.
  3. Drizzle with ranch dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
