Instructions
Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and melted white chocolate until everything is well combined, creating a luscious mousse.
In clear glasses, start layering: a layer of sponge cake or ladyfingers, then a layer of white chocolate mousse, followed by a layer of cranberry compote. Repeat layers until each glass is filled.
