Delicious individual cups of tiramisu featuring layers of creamy white chocolate mousse and tart cranberry compote.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry compote
  • Soft sponge cake or ladyfingers
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and melted white chocolate until everything is well combined, creating a luscious mousse.
  4. In clear glasses, start layering: a layer of sponge cake or ladyfingers, then a layer of white chocolate mousse, followed by a layer of cranberry compote. Repeat layers until each glass is filled.
  5. Top each cup with white chocolate shavings and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. Keep garnish separate until serving for optimal freshness.
