Deliciously warm, gooey cookies that perfectly balance the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with crunchy macadamia nuts.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then blend into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
