A hearty and healthy rice bowl featuring tender chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 large sweet potato, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Prepare the sweet potatoes by steaming or boiling until fork-tender.
  4. Combine broccoli florets with the sweet potatoes during the last 3-5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Final assembly: layer brown rice, sautéed chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli in a bowl, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes
