Delightful and creamy Crack Chicken Sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for family dinners or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Optional: Top with green onions and bacon bits.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with melted butter if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
